It's usually referred to as "The Carol Of The Bells" - although I'm pretty sure that there's an older, traditional name (as there is with nearly every old song from pre-printing-press Europe) - this specific recording may be Mannheim Steamroller, but again, not sure . . .

Trans-Siberian Orchestra...Carol of the Bells or Midnight Seravo...both names work.
