Can i use the Sony Clie PEG-SJ22 Handheld as aphone as i bought one thinking it is a phoneplease help me.?

Its not a smartphone. Its jus a handheld Device. You cannot use it as a phone.

You will need to gather everything up and return it, depending on what cell company you use i recommend a treo 650,680, or 700.
