things i download that i dont want anymore are saved, and i dont know how to get rid of them or find them for that fact. its liek slowing my computer down. any help would be much appreciated

Go on internet Explorer. Click tools. Click internet options, Click delete. It depends on which explorer you have but it should be easily found. Click on Temporary internet files and delete them. You can also delete your browser history and cookies here too.
Or use the disk cleanup in your windows program. It's in the control panel under system tools

so, i THINK this is in a folder, so move the mail into your inbox, and then you can delete them. And then, if that doesn't work, I think you can get an email adress of a yahoo expert or employee. you can tell them your problem, and they will do the best thing they can to help you.

down load clean cache 3.5
run it it will fix you up
