Absolutely!

I am happy with who I am, I stopped worrying about what people may or may not think, I am good person and I am good at what I do. People respect me for who I am.

And if I have ever encountered some resistance, I eventually moved where there weren't any.

For instance, Bush doesn't like me? I cannot fight him, so I moved to Europe where gay people have dignity and respect

I personally don't look for anyone elses approval, and I know a label doesn't define me as a person. Some people do accept and some don't, I think it just depends on where and how you were raised, but I also think many parents had the common sense to raise their children with respect for everyone, even though they are not like them. And I personally don't get any resistance, my family knows I'm gay and they don't care and I have a lot of friends who respect for who I am and not what I am. I'm very satisfied with my life and don't want to be anyone else, nor do I have a desire to change who I am.

At this point in my life I will say yes. I do see a need for continued change in society so that we are all receiving equal treatment with regards to laws in various countries.

I am accepted because most people see me as a str8 man, they do not know that I am gay until I tell them. Due to my size and background most people will not say too much to my face.

No, but have changed directions to where I want it to go. However, feeling that I am 'free' and acceptence have nothing to do with it. When it comes to that, I am who I am, period. My past mistakes were trying to change for someone else. But thats just general in any relationship, gay or straight. Bottom line....love and accept who YOU are, dont change to try to please others.

I'm totally free and OUT. My family wouldn't tolerate anyone calling me names or denying me for being gay. We don't judge by something so trivial but on how honest and trustworthy we are.
