Does anyone know what the rock music is called when there all screamin n goin nutz and da basslines are all hype?
Like what they play on radio one on monday nights (around midnights)

Could be metal but it could also be industrial rock as well. Listen to Einsturzende Neubauten and you'll see. You're better off giving an example of a song then people might have a better idea.

if its radio 1 who knows and frankly who feckin cares radio 1 has been crap since the early 90's and will never recover the lost ground that commercial radio has taken from it.
