do the rock thing like everyone else told you then you will ride the wave down Zora's river and talk to the spirit and start collecting the tears of light (watch out that last bug is a bad word) MAKE SURE you howl at the rock at the lake to get your new skill before you kill the last bug. then you will turn back human, go to the house on the lake and pay 10 rupees to be shot out of a cannon and go to Castle town then just go to where you remember the zora child was. (the tavern)

Do you remember at Death Mountain when the giant rock of doom almost killed you? Well we must use that to melt the ice. Just warp with Midna to the base of Death Mountain and walk to the giant red hot rock and talk to Midna, she will say something about Do you want to warp this, and you says yes of course. Warp back to Zora's domain and the giant rock will burst though the ice melting it all back into water and replenishing the water to Lake Hylia. Tip: When you obtain the ability to go underwater with out drowning (the Zora Armor) go back to the rock and blow it up with some water bombs. You will free a goron and be rewarded another bomb bag, allowing you to carry two types of bombs!

It's an epic game. Probably the most mature Zelda game. Twilight Princess and the most recent Skyward Sword are great games with unforgettable stories and characters. You should get both if you can.

ok go to death mountain. there you'll see that giant hat rock that was thrown at you. warp it to zora domain. after u warp it some extra advice: once you have the tunic that allows you to breath underwater which you'll get soon. go back and vlow the rock up. there is a goron inside it who will give u a bomb bag.
