infantilism is a fetish deserve to act like and be treated like a baby. dressing in diapers, having them changed, sucking on a bottle, receiving a sponge bath, etc. are all components of this form of behavior.
a strange or odd as this may appear, there are many people (especially men) who behave this way as their only means of getting aroused and ready to engage in sexual behavior.

Generally, it is a drive to wear diapers, and may include dressing and acting as a baby as well. Infantilism isn't a fetish, but may coexist with diaper fetishes. Neither infantilism nor diaper fetishes involve actual children.
