I do know that John Shwartzwelder, probably the greatest writer in Simpson's history, was the one who wrote the script for the movie, so hopefully it will be excellent.

At the price of movies these days, I think I'll just wait to see it when it comes to TV. Simpson's are old news, that's just like Beavis and Buthead.
