Actually, you will need very solid documentation that she showed a racist attitude toward children while SHE WAS ON THE JOB. The school district is not going to give a flip about what happened in your personal life. They don't operate on hearsay. Trying to get other parents involved in your own vendetta is quite childish... why should they come to your defense if she has not been racist toward their children. You will just be seen as a troublemaker. This will have a negative effect on your child !! Your only option is to enroll your child in another school. I guarantee you this... the district isn't going to fire her just because you are carrying a torch. She's under contract, and they know she can file slander charges against the school, the district, and YOU. You need to do your homework.

Unless your school supports a non racist agenda the principleis likely to ask you for proof and if you have non she may say that the other person could have changed and untila incident arises there is nothing she can do.
If it is possible that your children will be taught by her you can request that they not attend her lessons.
Youare in a difficult situation here and sadly the only force of action you can take is waiting to see what happens keep informed on the children in her class that are of different colour watch and listen to parents who complain of their children becoming withdrawn or aggressive even bed wetting.the other way is to get yourself on the parent board if they have one this willgive you power if something arises but sadly there is not much you can do at the moment because you will be the one accused of racism. Let it be known that you knew this person in the past and what she was like then but be careful how you say it a petition could be generated but unlikely to work.
Did anyone hear them say racial comments to you if so they are back up but play your cards close to your chest.

I would try getting another teacher to teach your children. It might be hard to get someone fired because you think they are a racist. I don't blame you, I wouldn't want her near my kids. Good Luck

Inform the principle, no-one like that should be teaching and influencing young children.
