With the amount of packages they have they are not updating their tracking system until it arrives at its final destination. I had the same problem with a package from Amazon. It showed waiting to be picked up for 3 days and then arrived the next say. The actual day that they originally said it would arrive.

UPS is up and running. The package is probably being delayed due to the weather in that area.

Here's the link to track your package. It depends on the service level used to ship your package. Even if it was ground, you should be getting it very soon.

Did it come from the Snow Storm area in Denver or GReat Lakes?
Guess what it got snowed in for an extra 10 days

call them , i had one sent from ebay and it said it was in north carolina for two months on their website and when i called and talked to a real person they told me it was actually in illinios and was to be delivered the next day , try it , see if it helps
