the film "notes on a scandal" express sexual scenes between a woman and a 16 year old boy; this is illegal and i want to know how to prevent this film and other like it in the future

I don't think there is much u can do about it since the boy (actor) is over 18 even though he is portraying a 16 year old.

Why don't u try writing to famous journalists and try and get them to support your cause? make sure u include all the details and compelling reasons why not.
