Check the settings for paper size -- you may have told your printer to print on cards or labels.

Update:

Then check the setting for both printers. Are they ever used to print anything smaller than a normal sheet of paper?

Also, do they have this problem when printing from ANY program -- or is it just one program, like MS Excel? Check the settings on whatever program or programs you're using.

i'm not totally sure as to why this is happening but here is what you can do to WORKAROUND it.
Open the internet page you wanna print. Click on edit at the top of the page. click on select all. then again click on edit and then on copy. Open, MS WORD or Wordperfect. Then paste it there. Now try to print. It should work. Also try updating your browser settings.

What exactly are you printing?

If you're printing some sort of a photo, you may want to turn on "compose in PC memory" or "send image to printer" option, esp. with the "home" style printers.
