This stuff doesn't do anything. Both the muscle growth and the erections are coincidental or psychosomatic.
In general though its not a good idea to take supplements if you don't know the related harmful effects.

no way, the benefit of being a guy is find a quiet place and quickly take care of the problem. by the way, gaining too much muscle isn't the answer, shaping your body evenly will be better on your social life than building the big beach muscles

This supplement (drug) is obviously effecting your blood pressure which would concern me more than the ***** itself. Ask your GP about this stuff. Short term gain for long term pain is never a good idea.
