Want to install some good free sites, especially adware and spyware, and anything else of interest.
Spybot Search and Destroy will be one of the security sites which I will install.
Stumbleupon is a good general site which I would like to include.
Do you have any suggestions for good security, or good general sites.
Thanks.

Adware Spyware get real those are sites you don't want to download, Most anti virus software is already installed on the computer, so the anti virus software will tell you thoses sites contain spyware. But then again i guess you know little or nothing about computers.

For spyware, Spybot: Search and Destroy is a very good choice. As for the rest of your security matters, pick up AVG Antivirus Free Edition (http://tinyurl.com/kco2f) as your antivirus protection, and ZoneAlarm's free firewall (http://tinyurl.com/zko8w) to replace Window's built-in firewall.

Also, consider downloading CCleaner (www.ccleaner.com). It will clear out many of Window's unneeded storage areas, including temporary files, browsing history, cookies, and more, and has a built-in registry cleaner, which clears out broken and unneeded parts of Window's registry.

To improve your web browsing experience, and increase your security while browsing, you may want to download Firefox (www.firefox.com) to use as your main browser, instead of Window's built-in Internet Explorer. Also, once you do install Firefox, download some user created add-ons for it (addons.mozilla.com). I highly recommend FasterFox (increases rendering speed of pages), ForecastFox (displays three day forecast), and Linkification (automatically converts text links to hyperlinks) extensions. There's also a whole bunch of themes for you to choose from.

Avast anti virus updates itself near enough every day. I have had it for two years and not one virus.
