Me and my friend lit one of the 20 foot Chinese firecrackers as it was tied to the back of my basketball hoop, (Hey, it looks cooler if it was hung up on a pole! The only thing I had was the hoop). After, I lit another one of those on a dead tree in an empty lot. With garden hoses, it was put out quickly. Finally, we shot off the last of the fireworks, but when disposing of them, we put all 52 of the fireworks in 1 big cardboard box and put it away next to the dry brush we had out for the trash. You do the math....

The box exploded an hour later after relighting itself and made all the trash on fire. With help from neighbors, we out it out 20 minutes later and cleaned it up the next day.

So, who else had a disasterous fiasco? Wheter its a lit trashcan or a burned dinner, what was your disaster?

Well my New Year's eve Fiasco wasn't as bad as yours. A friend and I went downtown to watch the fireworks. I insisted that the best place to see it was at Pier 39 overviewing Alcatraz. My friend insisted that the greatest view of the fireworks was at the Port of San Francisco at Embarcadero. We argued and I won so we went to pier 39. There were a lot of people waiting at our spot. So, I was confident that there will be a fireworks display. But during the countdown, when the time hit at 12:01 am, nothing happened. It was funny though because there were a lot of stupid people, including myself, staring at the blank sky. HA HA f*ng GREAT. I never heard the end of it from my friend. What a way to start the new year.

LMAO! Nothing like that, but my b/f wouldn't go outside with me and watch the fireworks. We had our own fiasco!

Glad everyone was alright!
