If you think the kitty is still around somewhere then you need to continue to look for her. She is most likely very scared and will not come out of where ever she is hiding until she is very hungry. Most cats, especially kittens, stay in the immidiate area to where they live...especially if it is a good home. Check everywhere that she can fit...under porches, tight holes, in bushes, up trees.
Put food out in several places around your home and leave water out also. Hopefully she will come home....If you know anyone who has live traps you could set those with food in them so if she does come back she won't get away again.

If you feed her canned food and use a electric can opener; run the opener and the noise might draw it out.

i would put its food out or shake its favorite toy or even shake its treats that it likes. put posters out and maybe put it in the newspaper. then even if it got to a place far from your house other people can help you find it

she's probably scared and therefore hiding nearby; you can try looking around your home. definitely put up flyers. also, call your local humane society and give them a description so if someone brings her in, they will let you know. good luck...i know how terrible it feels when you lose a pet.

start looking in very small areas that it could have gotten into and not got out of, and post fliers around the neighborhood.
