There are so many but Song has to be Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon & Garkunkel, and instrumental, Albatross by Fleetwood Mac. For late night listening( Preferably on headphones!) try the complete album of War Of The Worlds by Jeff Wayne.

I have 2, both by The Real Thing (early 80's) infact they had a DOUBLE A SIDED 7inch vinyl, the songs were YOU TO ME ARE EVERYTHING and I CAN'T GET BY WITHOUT YOU.
