Need to know how to watch videos or music downloaded from sites via windows media rather than real music.?

Dont like real music to watch videos but thats the choice i am not given when i download a video.

Right click on the file and scroll to "open with" then click "choose program." Then choose WM from the list and click the box that says something like always use this program.
