What would the charge be?
Give that man (or woman but more probable that it was a man) a jolly good pat on the back, the lies and bullshite that have been presented to us for too long can only be uncovered if someone is courageous enough to film and then broadcast the truth.
The person that filmed the "unofficial" footage was apparently an invited witness to the hanging so it would be easy to trace him I would imagine. I do hope that there are no unpleasant consequences to his actions.

No. Although the footage was distasteful, it exposed the truth, which is that Iraqi justice is flawed and not exactly impartial.
I note that the Deputy PM, John Prescott, recently condemned the images. Governments tend to fear an outbreak of truth.

What a shame that we are discussing Saddam's death when we should be remembering the thousands that he caused to suffer and die.

Yes, he should have filmed it in HD with live feeds around the globe instead of using a crappy cell phone...
