i think absolutely yes.. BUT he did so much for that country in the beginning.. he built schools.. churches(mosques) he built homes, he orchestrated several things for the people of his country.. i think he was a horrible man.. after all was said and done.. i dont know how he got to that point of total destruction as a man but he killed hundreds of thousands of people under his presidency so it almost made no sense that he did the good things that he did do. i dont believe he should have died on a islamic religious holiday. out of respect to the culture. whether we understand it or not.. this has a lot to do with GB2 and he wanted to waste no time and set an example of it to the people.

He was an animal who tortured and murdered his own people and anyone else who got in his way. Poison gas attacks on women and children !! mass graves full of opposition party people!!
The man should have been given to the relatives of those he killed. They would have done more than hang him!! Hanging is too good for this sort of person who operates outside all acceptable human behaviour.
The only people he treated well were those from his home tribe and religion which was a minority in Iraq.

not any worse than some other presedents tho, and they are still alive and running the countries and the world behind the mask, yes Saddam was terrible probably but at least he did not wear a pretty mask like Bush does.....
