If hydraulic also check clutch master cylinder

It's a hydraulic system. Did you replace the clutch master and slave cylinders? I'd go ahead and do that anyway. They're inexpensive and then you don't have to worry about them going out on you, the clutch should last you a long time anyway. However, most likely, assuming the clutch was installed correctly, you have air in the system and need to bleed it out.

Adjust the clutch throwout arm if non-hydraulic or bleed the slave cylinder if it is hydraulic.

WAS THE FRICTION PLATE PUT IN THE RIGHT WAY ROUND HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE CHEAP CLUTCH CENTER PUT PLATE IN WRONG WAY ROUND
