i thought it was cute just because it was ian johnson and living in boise, he's the closest thing to the returning messiah... but here's what i think is puckie about it...
1) how chicken is it to propose to your girlfriend on national television.. like she's going to say no infront of all of those people when you just scored the winning touchdown in the biggest game of bsu history...?
and 2) how cliche is it that the big football hero proposed to the head cheerleader...?

I didnt catch the proposal. I was still sick at the fact a WAC team beat the big 12 champ. I do however think its a lot more original than the tools who propose to their girlfriends on Teleprompters at football and basketball games.

almost. I was thinking "What if the girl doesn't want to marry him? There's no way she'll have the guts to say no on national television."
She can always change her mind though.

What are you talking about "almost"?
I hate stuff like that. I'm just not sappy. If my boyfriend had proposed to me like that, I would have smacked him.
