i have two singers, a manager, a cd cover, and a person that can make the cds.. but what else do i need i know there is somethings missing... :\

the FIRST thing you need, is band members with DEDICATION. I know a LOT of talented people out there that are nothing but talk.....what good is an amazing singer or musician if they have no dedication to the project? For a band to get good, you have to get "tight", and to get tight, you need to practice often, and everyone collaborate together.....this is no time for ego-trips. Of course you need talent, but you don't have to have the most talented people out there......cater your music to adjust to your abilities to start out with.....don't play or sing things that are beyond your abilities. Start with hard working, dedicated people first, and things will come together from there.

TALENT, A good sounding band, band name, good song writer, and image. No point in being a band if you don't have goals. Whether it's to win a talent show or to become really successful. Goals are important, but above all I think talent speaks for itself.

you dont even need all that to start with, you just need the band and (maybe) someone to help you get gigs. also you will need some equipment to make the music with.
the album comes when you have a record label(or you can just record now and put yr work on the internet a'la locust toybox)

a drummer, a bassist, a guitarist, guitars, basses, microphones, amplifiers, and a better understand of that a band is.

talent, tenacity, and good songwriting skills. you will be facing alot of competition and alot of rejection if you KNOW you have the talent and believe in yourselves then just hang in there.
