I read 'Pride and Prejudice' 3 times but I cannot get second part of the story 'Pemberley'. Is it a good continuation?

I hope you are aware that "Pemberley" is not really the "second part" of the story, but a sequel written in 1993 by an author called Emma Tennant. There is apparently also another sequel, "Presumption" by Julia Barrett, also written in 1993.
Why anyone would have the delusion of grandeur to try and "complete" a masterwork such as "Pride and Prejudice" is beyond me; and the review I read about the two books does not really make me want to read any of them (see below)

I have read Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice' AND have seen the A&E version of it. It's a wonderful story.

Unfortunately, I haven't read 'Pemberley.' Now you've raised my curiosity, and I'll have go out and find it to read it myself.
