the most I can imagine you would get out of a scarf would be a halter type top -- there can't be enough fabric to make a whole dress. Put the scarf around the back of your neck and cross the ends in front of you to cover your breasts and then wrap around your waist. If you still have fabric left, try wrapping around your hips - you will have to secure it with clips or something but otherwise, I think you can only make a top

Just wrap the scarf tightly around your body, go around twice to make sure your all cover up then you can keep the dress into place with a nice Pin... You can stay around the bust or twist the end and go across the shoulder and fasten form the back...
