Do you mean if you inhale the fibers? Or do you mean if you get it on your skin....?
If you get it on your skin, it can be rather irritating to the skin....rub panty hose over the area that stings or itches and the panty hose will take the fibre glass out of your skin.

Just an itching sensation on the suface of your skin. Inhalation, while not advisable, is not a long term health risk. Unlike asbestos particles, which have a ''hook like'' point to them. fiberglass particles are straight enabling your lungs to get rid of them like most other intruders.

Hulda Clarke, who has done some research on environmental hazards, does not recommend it. I think b/c you might breathe it in and get some of the fibers in your lungs.

possible rash and itching from not using proper equipt. if this happens, wash in very cold water. this shrinks the pores and forces the fibers out.
