All nfl players take pain pills. Let me beat on you like that for at least 25 week a year and see how you can stand the pain.
After the game is over on sunday you still have to practice. Player play with broken bones, sprains and all kinds of injuries.
That is why Tiki Barber is retiring. He is tired of the physical beating he has to take. A lot players quit because they cannot take the pain anymore.
Pain pills are a way of life in the NFL.

yeah that guy before me got it right and the thing is we arent in the shoes of the players that are getting jacked up ever week they are going through hell on earth but in my opinion dont deserve to make 6 mill a year.
