is the limit when it becomes considered a felony in Ohio? And can time in jail be a possibility even if it has been paid on time for 2 years and the rearage is still due?

if he is complying with an order of the court that says he is paying ordered amount plus additional towards arrearage,no. you will find the info in any new order/amendment to support.

the clerks of court are rarely helpful or knowledgeable. a lawyer is not needed for this,don't waste money.

check with your local district court. There should be someone there in the clerk's office that can direct you to the right person to speak with.
