Well, first of all, to everyone saying that the Arabs hate Israel. It works the other way too.
Second of all, if you illegally occupy someone's homeland, destroy their houses without reasons, and use force to settle Jewish communities in the area, put check points on roads so Arab passers can never get to their homes (held without reason again), take over the West Bank from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Golan Heights from Syria, Gaza Strip and Sinai from Egypt...
then, you are going to make some enemies.
If i break into your home with a gun, i don't expect you to embrace me. You will fight back and protect yourselves. That is what the arabs are doing. Why occupy illegally?
Remove the bias from your blood, stop watching CNN.

Actually, we give Israel $7 billion a year, not three. And the reason is simple; we are still a Christian gavernment and I don't need to remind you of what the bible says about the Jewish (chosen) people. Also, we need an ally in the region to help with democracy, not that they're the ideal ones to promote it there, seeing that they are hated so much.

Best investment we could ever make. and nobody would bother the Arabs if they didn't act so aggressively towards US, Israel and one another. ex Iran/Iraq Iraq/Kuwait Syria/Lebanon if they would take their oil wealth and help develop their societies like the United Arab Emirates is doing and stop buying weapons they would be a lot better off.

The idea that the U.S. is after anyone's oil is preposterous. We have more oil in this country than we know what to do with. Using foreign oil isn't a matter of need, it's a matter of economics and I would question Israel's need to U.S. money. The Christian Science Monitor isn't exactly a pillar of objectivity.

If we attacked for the oil, how come we are in such bad shape when it comes to oil prices? Some will say it's because Bush is an oil tycoon making the money off of us. If he was able to solve our energy crises, he'd go down in the books as a great President. Politicians are all ego maniacs. They want to be thought of as and remembered as great leaders.

The Jews represent about 10% of the American people but they control over 50% of the riches in this country. They donate money to both political parties. It's all about money, baby.

We support Israel with money to defend democracy in the middle east. We are Israels greatest friend. We don't attack Arabs for oil. That is where you are fundamentally wrong.
