what is a good website to learn how to play better guitar?

I already play guitar and drums, but i want to take up new guitar styles, like speed picking and crunch and etcetera. What is a good site to go to that can give you tips and tricks to get better at guitar, that is free, if possible. It doesn't have to bethe best, just something to get you started on new ways to play?
