well its pretty normal because as ur becoming a teen or going through puberty ur hormones start raging out of control and even if you dont masterbate u start leaking. thats pefectly normal and for the sex part, there are many reasons why like you may think that sex is good for you it is, but sometimes u can get regrets, and what if ur partner gets pregnant? u can never be too sure and wut about stds? unless u are sure u are ready then there is no problem with having sex.

its natural. thsi is why guys masturbate everyday. if you dont it needs to come out somehow. it is a natural thing todo (masturbate) so just go do it! so you wont leak. you can also have wet dreams casue of this. nothing is wrong its just your body telling you to masturbate..
