I am in my 2nd pregnancy. I eat 3 meals, plus several snacks throughout the day. It is much easier this pregnancy to make sure I am getting what I need to eat because I am home with my toddler and just eat whenever she is eating. (First pregnancy I was still working, had a constantly changing schedule, and getting breaks to eat was tough)

I haven't changed my eating habits too much. I find that now I'm getting bigger, I can't seem to eat a whole meal and order kid size portions, and when I was having morning sickness I rarely ate anything and if I did it all came up, but other than that, about three meals a day.

I eat small snacks 4 times per day.
This is also very helpful if you're having a morning sickness.

Always check with an OBGYN so that he/she can monitory your weight gain or food intake.
With each pregnancy, there are different expectations, just like with people - no two are the same. - well, except twins ya know - which I hope you aren't having - unless you want to.
