I want to wear my brown jumper dress with brown boots but not sure what colour tights will look best?!

I would wear thick brown tights or flesh tone tights if they were 10 or 15 denier.

Some very good colors are dark green (forest green), gray, cream color, or a royal blue or light blue. They would all go good with brown. Here is a great brand that has a good selection of colors:

you'll never go wrong with black opaque tights
if you want to be
different then wear the dress with birght colour tights, opaques such as -
white
yellow
cream
you'll look lovelly in which ever tights you put on

A jumper?? scratch the whole idea and wear a long shirt with the tights and a large belt.

Why don't you put on some cream colored tights. Not white, but cream colored. This soft cream color will look great against the brown.

show your bare legs nothing better then showing legs in that sexy dress with boots , make sure you wear your dress off your shoulders as well
