I believe you may mean a CPA (certified professional accountant).

If so, you will need an MBA in Accounting and some experience as an accountant before sitting for the CPA examination.

To earn your CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certification, you'll need a degree in accounting and must pass an examination. FYI, the CPA exams aren't easy!
