I am a salesman for Honda. Jazz and Fit are the same vehicle. The name Fit was introduce to America for 2007. The name Jazz has been in the internacional market for 7 years now. But yes, they are the very same car.

Hi! They're both almost similar. But in the Philippines we get the Honda Jazz. I like the Honda Fit name better. It sounds like a personal mobile transport. Cheers!

I thought they were essentially the same, except the Jazz was introduced to the U.S.A. as the Fit about a year ago.
