When RuneScape stopped working on my pc for a while I went looking for free mmropg's and found some,
I dont know if these have the email password send but you can check them out yourself.
These are just a few,
Endless online (2D),
Knight online (3D), (never played this cause it requires some info like your address to register)
Maplestory (2D),
Guilde Wars (3D) (have to buy the game in a store for 50$ but theres no monthly fees),
