Okay, I just revised my entire website with the following changes:

* Deleted the trailing cursor (Too annoying, in my opinion)
* Made changes to the "Rates" page (Added a flat rate for babysitting, mother's helping, .etc)
* Made changes to "Letter To Parents" (Deleted the "babysitter generalization" section)
* Made changes to the "Policies" page (Changed the "When I Arrive", .etc)
* Added "Contact Me" page
* Changed Color Scheme
* Added table to "Rates" page (Makes it look more "clean")
* Made changes to rates

Are there any other changes, additions, removals, .etc that I should make?

Thank You! :D

Wow! You are a well organized and ambitious 13 year old.

The pages look great. On the contact me page, you indicate that you'll have an asterisk by required fields, but then don't have any. Given that you have 3 fields, I'd delete.

Overall, I'd suggest adding a note about available references, if you have them and perhaps some quotes.

Also, the whole site seems more suitable to a business that involves more than just one person. Unless you are doing automated capture of the information, you might do better to use simple e-mail rather than the form. That said, great job overall.

http://validator.w3.org/
doesn't like your HTML. It will tell you what it didn't like.

I would have a basic criticism - If you are only 13, you'd do better to distribute paper flyers in your neighborhood, to people you knew. I would not like my daughter advertising her age and e-mail address on the web, or going to the homes of strangers who promised her a job.

On to the site itself:
I maintain web sites for two churches. Roughly 80% of all visitors come to my sites via a search engine, and their entry page is not the home/index page. I put a navigation bar on each page to help those visitors.

If, for instance, someone found
http://www.geocities.com/wildflowerneu/Services.html
via Google, and wasn't skilled enough to delete the URL to the first "/", they would have no way of contacting you.

If you must have a web site, put your name, town, state and a link to your home page on each interior page.

The paragraph

As a mother's helper, I will help you with anything needed to be done while you are present or if you work-at-home, including caring for your children, any chores that need to be done, and anything else that would be needing attention.

uses "anything" twice and "any" once. I think it would be more effective if you had specific examples - clean the bathroom, fold the laundry, chop the onions, walk the dog, clean the cat litter, vacuum, mop, . . . "Anything" covers a lot of ground. I don't think you would change the oil in the Ford, adjust the timing belt on the Harley or move the freezer to the other side of the garage. Pick three common specific tasks and use "anything that needs to be done" just once.

Spell out BSC.

"I know that some parents may think that I am to young to baby-sit, or I am not mature or responsible enough to handle a babysitting job because of the fact that I am only 13, but I assure you that, with all of my experience and certification, I am one of the best babysitters available. I am responsible, mature, flexible, caring, creative, well-organized, trustworthy, and I am also a good student with a 4.0 GPA."

sounds like

"I am mature, responsible flexible, caring, creative, well-organized and trustworthy. I am have a 4.0 GPA."

Best of luck in your business.

Very good Web Page. The only rule you should remember is that if someone can not find the information they want in 4 seconds, they will go on to another website. What you should do is have a friend to to your site pretending that they want to book you and see if it takes more than 4 seconds of load time (not including the time it takes to fill in the form)
