Manson is a brutal person who led ordinary people to commit heinous crimes and then wanted to escape his fate by blaming them. Manson is nuts and will stay in jail until he dies and that is only right. Some of the girls are probably not being given due justice and are being held for life because of the publicity that surrounds the case. There has been so much written and learned about mind control and cult behavior since then and I cannot help but wonder if these girls have not paid for their part in the time crimes and should be allowed to live out their lives outside of the prison. I also have seen the parole hearings on telelvision which tends to intimidate the Parole Board and you can see that they are afraid to disagree with any witnesses for the victims or even mention the conduct of some of the family members since they have been in prison. Vincent Bugliosi has made this his cottage industry and is way over the top during these hearings. Not all of the girls seem remorseful but there are two who do and they have led exemplary lives inside prison for the past 40 years. I have come to doubt that they are being treated fairly by a system that has become politicized on these issues.

They are a result of the 1960's lifestyle of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, not necessarily in that order, with an emphasis on the drugs. I believe that the drugs all these people took, was an active part of their decision to do all this. Actually, Charles Manson was a racist, and was trying to do this to start a race war. Charles Manson is still a fruit loop, and an extremist.....made from the same mold as Osama bin Laden. Even before he was jailed for all of this, he had already spent most of his adult life in jail for petty crimes. I don't believe he or the others will ever get out of jail. One of the girls even tried to assassinate a president.....and I believe it was President Ford. These people, no matter what they say, have been in jail since the late 1960s, and I don't believe they can adjust to the changes in society. They made their beds, now let them lie in them.

Charles Manson, according to psychiatrists, was considered brilliant in his insanity.
His ability to control others, by making them believe in his definition of anarchy, is potent in its deadliness toward society in general.
It has been determined that he will never be parolled, no matter how many times his parol issue comes up. The emptiness of his soul is enough proof that he cannot ever be 'rehabilitated' enough to live in society with no harm to others.

Manson has never shown any remorse or any change in personality in prison. It is highly unlikely he will ever be paroled for his sadistic and inhuman crimes.

considering the fact that Charlie have been given life for being the mastermind, yet his underlings even have been given detention center time for carrying it out, shouldn't the girls who worked for Gosnell additionally be prosecuted?
