How do i get the shiny star down on the screens in the computer room in Tomb Raider legend?

The star is located on top of the large TV screens in the computer room however i can't jump that high and my grapling can't reach.

use your aim on your gun, you will see that there is parts you can fire your gun at, that is all i'm gonna say as i don't wanna give to much away
