My back, right wheel felt like it was really about to come off, but when I checked it, it looked good. Could it be when I got my tires rotated, the place I went to didnt tighten the wheel as they were suppose to?

It sounds like a bad wheel bearing; unless the shop removed the brake drum for some reason it is just coincidental that you are noticing this after having your tires rotated.

Some things to check.
#1 The lug Nuts
#2 Jack up the car and see if you can wiggle the wheel
It can be a bad rim
Loose lug nuts,
Bad wheel bearing.
If it wiggles with no waight on the wheel find out why.
Be on the safe side dont drive it

Get the tire off the ground and check it. It the lug nuts are tight, then spin the wheel and look at the tread part. Look for blisters and look to see the tire wobbles. Sometimes the belts break an the tire is no longer round .

You have a tire with a separated tread. Get someone to go with you. Go to a parking lot and get someone to be in the car and have someone out of the car. Get the person in the car to put it in gear and let off the brake some so the car rolls. Have the person outside the car look at the tires as they are rolling and look for one to kinda kick out of the tires normal rotating path. That's the tire your gonna have to replace.
You have to see it in motion to see the separated tread on the tire.
The internall cords of the tire have busted and it won't just jump out at you standing still.
Or you can remove one wheel at a time. When you get the wheel off have someone roll the tire to you about 10 ft away slowly. The tire that falls over when your trying to roll it will be the tire with the separated tread.

check the lug nut. my dad thought me a lot about cars. maybe the wheels loss. the nuts probably not on all the way.

Check your lug nuts for the proper torque, it sure sounds like loose lug nuts.

I would check the lug nuts, that has happened to me and it is very dangerous, check it out quick♥

It sounds like it is badly out of balance. They don't include balance with rotation unless you paid for them to be balanced. If you did pay for balancing, take it back and tell them it needs it again.
