I can't believe what I'm reading ....
Vick sucks, the guy's a loser, a malcontent and crybaby. Every time he gets criticized, he flies into some rap-inspired rage.
Mike Vick is a lot of things, but a mature leader is not one of them. Never will be.
Physically, great arm and ridiculous speed. However, he's short, has small hands, doesn't throw a very catchable ball and is probably the most innaccurate passer in the NFL.
He will never have a great receiver, because his style is not compatible with great receivers (broken plays, no accuracy, lots of runs). Look what a couple years with Vick did to Peerless Price's career.
All this, keep in mind, has been discovered over 6+ years. Vick aint no youngster anymore. He is what he is: An exciting, whining, loser.

There is a couch that won with Trent Dilfer(Billick) , and Vick is much better then him. The Falcons are a great running team with a decent Defense and Passing game. They should be over .500 every year. The problem Jim Mora ran into is that he never got the running game utilized like he should have. They did a good job yes, but not as well as they should have. Vick has two big target in Alge Crumpler and Micheal Jenkins. So he has the abilty to throw a jump ball, if the recievers hold on to the ball. They need to bring in a Defensive coach that can get things going again and hire an offensive play caller that will get Vick to trust him and attack the oppensing defense with confidence. This team is very talented, but need a coaching staff that will teach them how to be better and play as a team unit.

It is not likely. He is the highest paid player in the game. He ranks in the bottom half of QB's in the NFL. He has never learned to read defenses. He looks for a receiver and then runs. He has no leadership qualities. Drew Brees came out that year and he has taken the Saints to the 2nd best record in the NFC. Brees reads defenses and he is a leader. I am not sure what Arthur Blank was thinking when he paid Vick all this money. The only way a coach will win with Michael Vick is if Vick is sitting on the bench.

Short answer: No.
And it's NOT because he can't throw the ball. It's because up until now, he's had rotten coaching to the point where bad habits have infiltrated his game.
Buddy Ryan did the same thing to Randall Cunningham: "If you can't make a pass, run!". Atlanta should have done everything in their power to surround Vick with some good receivers. They never did, so they're stuck with Vick in his present form.
Having said all that, the behavior of Jim Mora, Jr. for the last month and a half of this season has been abominable for a head coach. He quit on that team. I would be happy if he never got another head coaching job. He deserved to be fired.

Coaches win with a team jsut not one player.
Vicks is just trying to be nice be the falcon do not have all of this talent he speaks of. They need and O-line and Recievers.
The coach was just try to use Vick to compensate for the short comings on the offense. They need a new General Manager.
Gm are the one who get talent.

A coach can win with Michael Vick, however, Michael Vick has to look at the cast of players around him and learn how to better adapt his talents, or use thereof, to fit with the players he has around him. Blaming the coaching staff is a straight up cop out on Vick's part. Great players play, they don't talk. Shut up and do it and learn it. Vince Taylor on TN this year apadted to what he had around him better than Vick has in what 5 or 6 seasons, so Michael better take a page from Vince and look around and listen. He has more raw talen than most any other quarterback in the league, he appears to be somewhat inteligent as well, but he needs to use his brain instead of his mouth.

If Vick has a tough coach that was a previous great quarterback and teaches him to think pass first yes a coach can win with michael vick. Plus, Michael Vick doesnt have any big time wide recievers in Atlanta.

Two things have hurt Vick throughout his career...
1. his recievers have been terrible (minus Crumpler but he is a tight end, White, Lelie = garbage)
2. Mike has never been a great short route passer
I think Mike would be amazing if he had a Martz 'grab the grass' or run and gun style offense. One that allows him to throw deep posts and curls that would show off his arm strength and stretch the field. This offense style could also open up running lanes for his speed (he might of ran for 1000 yards but it didn't = wins because he was running for his life).
If the team can get a great offense minded coach and get Vick a quality reciever (a la Holt or Harrison) I think he could truely reach his potential.

Vick has tremendous skills.
He has a great arm, and has proved to be a fantastic runner.
However, he has not learned how to make short pass plays work and he does not know when to throw the ball away.
At this point he has not learned how to win in the NFL.
The right coach could probably help him a lot. But, the right NFL coach has not come along.
I'm not a Michael Vick fan, but I certainly appreciate his talent.

I haven't seen a coach yet that used Vick as well as he could be used. This year it started to come together, but I guess the Falcons will have to start from scratch next year.
