i have a samsung t619 and it is a bluetooth phone. will any bluetooth adapter work? and what comes with any adapter, is there a software? is there any difference between a brand name one and a no name one?

Blue tooth is good if you want a brain tumor. We keep inventing technology than we need brain surgery for the tumor. I have a cell phone aa use a headset. Then again I care about and love me.
