The child(pickney) is hard of hearing. eaize reffers to ears. Translation: the child does not hear when you talk to him, he does not listen...this is not applicable to deaf kids...it is applicable to anyone who you are telling somthing to and they refuse to listen...probably they are stubborn, or dont want to hear what you want to say.

Jamaican Language is English.They however have a dialect called"patois".Stop saying Jamaican language.eg.
