I have never had to pick a logon icon when I turn on my computer until just recently. I don't know what I did, but I can't figure out how to turn that feature off. I am the only one who uses this computer, and I want it back to when i turn on the power, to completely power up without me having to do anything. HELP!!!! PLEASE!!! :)

Do the following steps IN ORDER.

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts

Now, make sure if you're the only user on that computer, that there are no other "user accounts" (other than YOURS and the "Guest") If this doesn't fix it, then try picking the icon once, and it shouldn't ask you again.

If there is no password set on your account, it should automatically logon. If not, then go to Control Panel. Click on User Accounts. Click on Change How User Log On and Off. Then uncheck "Use Welcome Screen". This will disable the welcome screen and hopefully fix your problem.
