i keep feeling so attracted to beautiful girls in America, but also when foreign girls come from another country, i feel so attracted. But is there a point? I try to say "just forget it, that's impossible" but i still feel attraction.
Example: So many chinese, japanese, koreans come to visit USA. I don't talk to them but i see them always in the streets, .. I am attracted but they do't even live here and they just come to visit and then leave.

You can't, it's not your intellectual mind (which you have some control over), it's your animal mind (good luck pal).
What you CAN do is talk calmly with your intellectual mind (the same one that keeps you from humping peoples legs at parties) and make sure it understands reality. That what you feel is just lust, it's healthy, it's normal.
On the other hand, sometimes you just have to walk up to a girl and make an effort. Because you don't REALLY know you don't have a chance until you've been shot down
....hard....
in flames
....twice. Then you can safely move on.
You never know until you try.

If you don't have a chance with them, or you don't want to put forth the energy to try, the best strategy to turn off these thoughts is to picture the particular girl doing something unromantic like making a bowel movement. Remember, attractive girls are human and all the humbling things that go along with being human also apply to them.

Two things:
One - You don't stop feeling attracted. Never. So deal with it.
Two - "will never have a chance with"?? Says who? Bull. Get that garbage out of your head immediately. Of course you have a chance, there's no 100% guarantee you'll fail every time if you TRY.
Either work your *** off trying to deal with and resist and ignore your own natural instincts... or accept them and learn how to use them to create a happier, healthier life for yourself. Personally I'd suggest the latter but it's up to you.

one of the reasons that we feel attracted to all these girls is because they are not within our reach. Men from the cave age are hunters and they enjoy the chase more than the outcome of it. I bet if you're lucky to capture one - Chinese, Japanese, or Koran you will lose interest before you know it.

And why do you think you don't have a chance? Women are people too. We are not all shallow, just as all men are not shallow. Maybe if you stopped worrying and having these bad vibes and just talked to us, you might find that we're not so terrible after all.

You think too much.
any guy can have any girl, it 's just timing and confidence.
Get more comfortable talking to women, every woman.
Dress nicer.
Groom more.
Don't be too nice but don't try to control and you will be fine.

There is no such thing as not a chance. I think if you work on your presentation of yourself you will do fine. Basically if you believe you will achieve. You must have confidence in everything you do(not *********),most of all be yourself.
