as far as im aware i dont get charged for going on vodafone live to surf, the only time i get charged is if i want to download a game or ringtone etc but it tells me that its going to cost otherwise its free. I have an 18 month contract, with 150 mins and 1000 texts per month and i havent been charged for going onto vodafone live, which is handy on weekends to check how me footy teams getting on:) If in doubt dial 191 from ur contract phone and ask the good people at vodafone. Yes, although its only started recently (last 6 months)
Vodafone changed its policy as the time on Live once came out of your free calls.
I found this out to my cost.

Yes it doe's, unless it's included in any free minutes you may have,. you'll need to check your contract to see whats included. If you don't have web access included, it doe's cost a fortune as it's charged at premuim rates.
