How can Ryan be Emma's father on All My Children?

I thought they didn't know each other before her arriving on the show. I am sooo confused.

When Ryan first came to PV, he was "experiencing financial difficulties", so he sold his little swimmers for a fee. Apparently, Greg Madden was the doctor who help Annie conceive, and also bought the clinic were Ryan "volunteered". So his little fellas were out there avilable for use.

Any chance David switched the DNA results? He could've done that to get revenge on Tad & Dixie somehow.
