I have a hobby, it's collecting things. I have in my collection, a comb, a bus ticket, a brick and three 10p coins. Would you like to see them?

I suggest you take up walking. Walking is just as good an exercise than jogging, if not better, because it does not place undue strain on the legs and even the heart. Also try going swimming....That is a lot of fun
My hobbies are going to the gym, Walking and jogging (I combine the two), cycling, swimming, Kendo and I have just started Thai kick boxing.
I also enjoy reading and travel and doing the odd puzzle or two. I also enjoy playing on my Play Station 2....I say my PS2, it is actually my daughters...Hehehehehe!
I have seen a lot of of people telling you to walk to your corner shop, instead of drive, that is a very good idea...especially if that is really your picture I can see.
Has for living longer if you have a hobby, I would imagine that those that had a hobby and are active will enjoy a longer life than those that are idle and sit round not doing anything apart from watching the TV...etc.
So, Yes, I think you really do need a hobby and a hobby that involves other people, that way you get to make new friends and enjoy life that bit more.

I like doing jigsaw puzzles , that´s not to physical for you is it? okay you have to stand up and walk around a bit, Once you get into the swing of walking you might even walk to the shop for your news paper, meet other people go for a coffee or to the park plenty things to do , you just have to go out and find out what your best at. sure you will get some good suggestions here . Happy New Year

the same goes for women. anything that keeps your interest can be a hobby.collecting stuff that you like can be a hobby.it could be anything from coins, to beer bottle caps. painting model cars or statues of animals and putting them on display could be a hobby.what seems pointless to one ,may be a source of pride and interest to another.it can also be a great stress-reliever,and a way of meeting new people. no matter how wierd or unusual a hobby seems, there are probably many other people who have the same interest. and they usually form clubs or other means of sharing their common interest.

Maybe you should walk down to the corner shop instead of driving, then you should be able to do more physical stuff in about six months time.

hobbies are good to have when you get board. i really don't want to come off being mean but i think your hobby should be walking and working out. you really need to take care of your health. sorry if you got offended but people really need to take better care of themselves. next time walk to the store to get the paper

That is exactly why you are a Big Fellow, if you had a hobbie you would be more productive and may be you wouldn't be such a Big Fellow.
