Unless the business has been passed down through his family, he must be nearly dead, hasnt he owned it since the programme started.

Also separate question, WHY do they shout about everything?

P.T.- I also missed a couple of episodes, it was to boring and morbid yesterday. So i dont know about the Dot/police situation.

I know its possible he was young when it started, but it feels like a hell of a long 20yrs to me.

LOL! Watching it myself too!
I think it's a family business.
They shout in case the chavs don't have their tvs on loud enough to hear!!!!!!
p.s. I still can't figure out why Dot called the police!!! (I missed a couple of episodes).

Mr Popodopolos is heard but not seen - and has been the owner since the first episode, and since this was just over 20 years ago, its feesible for the same owner to still be alive!

I bet he's almost 50 now!!!
