charitable organisations and globalisation is bringing countries closer together. What are your views on the 'progress' being made by humanity...are we going in the right direction? That depends on definitions. If, by peace, you mean the absence of war, then yes. We will have world peace. But I think peace is much more than that. It goes hand in hand with freedom.
As for justice, that's impossible. That implies that a person would come to power without dishonesty or selfishness, and would make just decisions. But we know from experience that corruption is the only practical way to attain power in the modern world.
No, true peace and justice are in the hands of God, and will only be experienced after judgement.

hmm i would say were trying, but without the help of corportations (such as drug companies who could help deliver cures, even for things like malaria which thousands of people die from, the cure is like $3) and with little help from politics (corrupt evil governments, south african government doesn't believe aids come from HIV) Globalization does a lot more harm right now then it does good, but it seems to have potential. Globalization has caused the privatization of many services that were once offered by governments for free. Such as private water companies so now people have to pay for their water that was once free from local government. It makes things better but so far more expensive. Were trying, but the World bank and the WTO are hard to rely on!

I think all that it will take is one event to turn the tides. This event would probably have something to do with accepting people who are usually dealt quite a large deal of discrimination. I hope that some day soon, the world will be able to focus on similarities instead of differences! Best of luck to those who are trying so hard to bring good to the world!

There will always be hatred and chaos. There is more love than all hatred combined. However the hatred seems to surpass love ~ which is not the way it should be. We should let love surpass the hatred and all get along.
